Presentation Formats

Oral presentations 

Have been allocated:

  • 50 minutes plus 5 min discussion (Plenary);
  • 40 minutes plus 5 min discussion (Keynote);
  • 25 minutes plus 5 min discussion (Invited);
  • 15 minutes plus 5 min discussion (Contributed talks)

Posters presentations

Posters will be on display for the day of presentation. You will be asked to be by your poster during the breaks and evening poster session for the day you are allocated.

Each poster will be allocated a 2m high x 1m wide board (portrait style), the poster must fit within this area.  The boards are covered in a material that is suitable for fixing the poster using Velcro hooks.   Note: given the space restrictions computer/monitors or small tables in front of the posters boards cannot be used.

Poster sessions will be located in the Oceania room, level 3 

Presenter Registration

All presenters will be required to pay the relevant registration fee to attend AMN9 and to meet their own travel and accommodation costs.

Audio Visual Equipment

Each room at the conference venue will have a minimum of the following:

  • Data projector
  • Remote mouse
  • Laptop
  • Screen

Presenters should bring their presentation on a memory stick.  A technician will be available in the speaker prep room to load your presentation, please ensure you have your presentation loaded will in advance to your talk.  (at least two meal break before your presentation).

The speaker prep room will be located in the Angus Room (Te Huinga Center) Level 3.

Publishing of Abstracts

All abstracts will be made available on this website prior to the conference. If you do not wish to have your abstract printed, please advise us at the time of submitting your abstract.
