Convention Management New Zealand is owned and managed by Dean Bradley (CEM) and Paul Walker (CEM). Dean and Paul take a fully active part in the Conferences and Events that the company manage.

Dean has worked in the Conference and Events industry for the past 18 years and has vast experience at managing International Conferences. Prior to that Dean was in the New Zealand Police for 11 years, finishing his career as a Detective.

Dean is a Certified Event Manager (CEM) with the Professional Conference Organisers Association Australia and New Zealand.

Dean is also the Chairman of the Wellington Branch of the Child Cancer Foundation.

Paul has extensive experience in the hospitality industry in both hotel management and the conference sector. In addition to conference management Paul is a regular project consultant for the conference industry. Paul has been the Chair of the CINZ approved PCO group and was a Council member of the Australasian PCO Association. He is currently an Executive Committee Member for Matakana Coast Tourism and Matakana Coast Wine Country.

Paul is a Certified Event Manager (CEM) with the Professional Conference Organisers Association Australia and New Zealand.
