Please read the information points below before beginning the registration process.

  • Secure credit card transactions are included in this registration process. This service is provided by a third party. If you experience difficulties with this section of the registration process please contact your credit card provider and include the specific details of the errors or instructions shown on your screen. There is also the option to have an invoice sent instead of paying by credit card. PO numbers can be added to your invoice as part of the registration steps.
  • Certain fields of the registration process are mandatory, you must complete these sections or you will not be able to proceed to the next step.
  • To be able to register each attendee you will need to know: name, position, email address and any special dietary requirements.
  • During the registration process you will be asked to enter a username and password. Please write these down and remember them. They will be required should you need to re-access your details or reprint your invoice.
  • All payments must be made before you can attend the Summit. Should your payment not be received by the time you arrive at the Summit registration desk you will be asked to make payment at that time. You can check to see if your registration has been paid by logging into your registration record using the username and password you set up when you registered. To access the 'Login' page click on the 'Login' link included in your registration confirmation email.
  • Registration categories selected will be verified as they are received. The organisers reserve the right to re-invoice, if the applicable registration option has not been selected (e.g.Full SOLGM Member v. Non Member or Private Sector Registration)
  • Please ensure that you quote your invoice number when making your electronic payment and ensure the payment goes to the account shown on the invoice, NOT to the SOLGM office in Wellington or previous Summit accounts.

  • Accommodation booking options (not including breakfast) are included as part of the registration process, and these apply to certain registration types only. If you select one of these options, the accommodation will be booked at the Millennium Queenstown for Sunday the 9th and Monday the 10th of September. If you require additional nights as part of your registration these can also be requested during the registration process. Please note that requests for additional nights are subject to availability. The additional rate per night will be $225, including GST and any additional night payments will need to be paid direct to the hotel when the guest checks out.
  • Unfortunately, due to the terms of our hotel contract, we are not currently able to accommodate accommodation requests for a single night.

If you select one of these options, the accommodation will be booked at the Millennium Queenstown for Sunday the 9th and Monday the 10th of September.
