Organising a conference is a complex and potentially costly process. To keep expenses under control you need reliable and accurate systems managed by expert personnel who have your interests at heart.

Convention Management’s financial reporting enables you to keep complete control of where you are going from day one and is detailed to the standard of an independent audit. We will handle all GST returns on your behalf, bank all monies into a dedicated trust account and pay all suppliers. Access to financial and other statistical records is made available to selected committee personnel online via the internet using a secure access code. This system maximises the amount of information available while reducing the amount of time required by committee members to oversee the control of all finances.

The trust accounts that Convention Management offer their clients are true trust accounts, not just trust accounts in name only. With this protection, all our clients can enjoy piece of mind knowing that their monies are well and truly protected.
